Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Tiny Innovations Group Ltd trading as Tiny Telematics ("Provider", "we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (No. 16939792), and you ("Client", "you").
By signing up for our services, installing our hardware, or using our dashboard, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
1.1. Tiny Telematics provides vehicle tracking hardware and a software platform for fleet management.
1.2. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your internal business purposes.
1.3. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by mobile network (SIM) failures, GPS signal obstruction or other technical issues like cloud infrastructure outages.
2. Hardware & Ownership
2.1. Rental Model (Subscription): If hardware is provided as part of a subscription without an upfront purchase fee, the Hardware remains the property of Tiny Innovations Group Ltd. You must return it upon cancellation.
2.2. Purchase Model (Flex Plan): If you paid an upfront "Hardware Fee," ownership of the device transfers to you upon delivery.
2.3. Installation: You are responsible for ensuring the hardware is installed correctly (unless installed by us). We are not liable for vehicle damage caused by improper third-party installation or tampering.
2.4. Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on all hardware for faults. This does not cover physical damage, water damage, or tampering.
3. Payments & Cancellation
3.1. Subscription Fees: Fees are billed in advance (Monthly or Annually).
3.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing billing@tinytelematics.co.uk.
- Monthly Plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- Annual Plans: We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
3.3. Late Payment: If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deactivate the SIM cards immediately. Re-activation may incur a fee.
4. Data & Privacy
4.1. You (the Client) are the Data Controller. You warrant that you have complied with all relevant laws (including GDPR) regarding informing your drivers that they are being tracked.
4.2. We are the Data Processor. We store and process location data on your behalf.
4.3. We retain historic trip data for 12 months. After this, it may be deleted. It is your responsibility to export data you wish to keep longer.
5. Liability (Read Carefully)
5.1. No Liability for Fines: Tiny Telematics is NOT responsible for speeding tickets, parking fines, or legal infractions committed by your drivers, regardless of the data shown on our platform.
5.2. No Reliance: The Service is an aid to fleet management, not a safety-critical system. Do not rely on it for emergency response.
5.3. Limitation: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. The Tiny Trade Fund
6.1. Allocations to the "Tiny Trade Fund" are made at the sole discretion of Tiny Innovations Group Ltd and do not constitute a contractual obligation to any specific client or third party.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be settled in the courts of England.
